Murray Scott-Nelson was established in 1977, with Jon initially working from home on anything and everything. After moving into the first premises in 1982 working exclusively on British sports cars; Jon’s boyhood dream had become a reality. In 1986 Jon started importing some classic cars from the US and by the nineties, this had turned into hundreds of cars.
With the expansion Murray Scott-Nelson soon outgrew these premises and in 1992, moved in to the current location. Since moving the business has has concentrated on Austin Healey and Jaguar sports cars, offering a very personal and old fashioned service. All aspects of work including maintenance, sales and restoration of these iconic British sports cars is done, in house, with a worldwide customer base.
